Microsoft Visual Studio (MSVS) C++ 2010 Express is the free version of MSVS 2010. Download the ISO format of the installer from: Visual Studio 2010 Express All-in-One ISO. To open and extract the ISO file you can use the latest version of 7Zip.

Double click on Setup.hta (HTML Application) to start installation then follow the video.
